Cancellations
24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be charged 30% of the services booked. No-shows are charged 100%.

While cash refunds are not offered, every service has a limited one-week guarantee. If you are not satisfied, the service will be redone at no expense.
